As a custom builder, who believes in the uniqueness of each home, we feel it is important for our customers to have a variety of design resources available for them.

Initial Home Design Choice

Potential homeowners may:

• choose an existing AHI floor plan
• bring us a plan you have
• cooperatively work with sales staff to choose from varying home plan companies
• meet with our architect for new design consultation

In all four scenarios, we have experienced professionals to assist you, making the process as stress-free as possible. Many alterations to existing floor plans can be made in-house, while deferring to our outside sources for more complicated structural changes.

Interior/Exterior Design Process

This is an area of homebuilding that we at Armstrong Homes take great pride in and further, believe that it sets us apart from many other builders. Experience has taught us that interior design and the many selections that must be made throughout the building process can seem very intimidating to prospective buyers. It doesn't have to be a daunting task and our experienced design team is always available to guide our homeowners through the choices that need to be made.

Each home should reflect the tastes of the family that lives within and that means we need to listen well and guide each homeowner to selections that will need to be made, suppliers, etc… This information is reinforced with timely phone calls that allow selections to be made in a relaxed time-frame. Further, a professional interior designer is made available to each homeowner for several hours of consultation.
